CM7/r2 Hboot (recommended) or Stock Hboot, but you will have small internal storage.
1 to 1,2 Gb ext partition (ext 4 recommended).
Use Gparted for formatted you SDcard (recommended).
First time do your FAT32 partition, after you can do your EXT4 partition.
AD2SDX works only with CM7/r2.
Please after a fresh install let your phone to settle 5 minutes, because a lot of internal things must be fully loaded.

I get stuck in the HTC screen
I do all of the requirements but i still get stuck in htc boot screen
It is almost impossible to have exactly my configuration and get stuck at HTC bootscreen. Please follow step by step my video from "How to" videos section and comeback with feedback!

I am just about to install the ROM. Just wanted to ask which readahead option you would recommend for a class 6 SD card, it is not in the options in Aroma?

Please do not use on "Auto" in camera settings! Put it on "Incandescent" or "Daylight"!!
Hi I have installed the version 8 rom and it boots up to the HTC Quietly Brilliant then gets stuck and doesn't do anything any advice

@ Alastair Lyes - PLease be sure that you use oroginal stock hboot, full wipe twice and please reformat your sd card, in the final fresh install the rom!
